At A. Soliani, we want you to love your handcrafted footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all packaging materials are included to maintain the item's condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
